Today I want to introduce to you a way of looking at your exercise routine a little different that you may have approached it in the past.

Imagine if you were alive 15000 years ago. What do you think you would look like? I’ll bet you were strong lean muscular and athletic. You wouldn’t have a gym membership, you wouldn’t be waking up at 4:30 am every morning trying to pound out 10 ks before work. Imagine what your partner would look like back then.
