Cancellation Policy: Online bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty any time up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment. This allows other clients to book in for your cancelled appointment time. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, forget your appointment, or consciously choose to forgo the appointment for whatever reason, you will forfeit your booking fee. Appointments are transferable to other friends or family members, as long as they are available for the allotted appointment time and appointment type.
